"Sidhe Comhairle" is the treasure at the end of Highway 101, just waiting for you to discover it! Thirty minutes from Powell River along this winding coastal highway brings you to the village of Lund, a laid back community on the doorstep of Desolation Sound.
"Sidhe Comhairle," (The Dome) is located ten minutes from Lund harbour in a natural forest. Soak up the smells and sounds of nature that surround you in this getaway/retreat. Use it as your base to explore this undeveloped region of the B.C. coast. The Sunshine Coast Trail from Saltery Bay to Sarah Point is accessible from The Dome. People who have hiked it say it rivals the WestCoast Trail on Vancouver Island but you rarely meet another person on it.

Local Area Details"The Dome" is located five minutes from Lund harbour, a small village on the doorstep to Desolation Sound. Boating, kayaking, canoeing, diving, bird watching, hiking. The Sunshine Coast Trail is accessible from "The Dome" and Savary Island is 15 minutes away by water taxi.
