Our privately owned detached 3 bedroom detached single storey villa is located at Crescent Lakes Kissimmee, a residential community approximately 15-20 minutes to Disney territory and within easy reach of all main attractions. The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. A short drive will take you to one of many golf courses in and around the area.

The great room overlooks the swimming pool. This extremely attractive room is beautifully furnished. Includes al the entertainment equipment for your enjoyment,27" cable television with integral VCR and DVD player,a mini hi-fi cd/dvd/casette system. The dining room also overlooks the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the labour saving equipment in a modern home. There is a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender/juicer,dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a waste disposal unit.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and 19" cable TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in closet. Both the family bathroom and en-suite are equipped with the usual items. A hair dryer is provided in both bathrooms.

The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe, plus 13" cable TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobe.

The swimming pool, situated at the rear of the villa is fully screened and complete with patio furniture. Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round heating is available to keep the pool temperature constant in winter months. If heating is required there will be an additional charge for use of gas.

The double garage houses the washing machine and dryer along with iron and ironing board.
A high chair, travel crib and buggy are available fee of charge for your use items do not have to be hired. We have a local Management Company who maintain our home to a high standard. Can supply discount attraction tickets, plus discount Golf rates at local Golf Course. For UK citizens can obtain discount car rental, travel insurance and competative rates for flights
