Sleeps 6 comfortably.Very friendly and up and coming area.The fully Fitted Kitchen has a washing machine,cooker,fridge-freezer, and includes all crockery and cutlery.Spacious bathroom, with toilet,sink,shower.There are 3 good sized bedrooms,one with spacious fitted wardrobes. Further fitted cupboards are in the hallway. The balcony has a sea view to the side.
Local Area DetailsNearby there are several very good Spanish Restaurants. Food and Sundry shops, a chemist, a bank, and even a fresh fish shop. A diving centre is in nearby Azohia. The whole area has an air of peace and tranquility. Internet Cafe nearby,and car-hire agency.
Additional InformationAbout Weather/Climate/TemperatureAs this is the Costa Calida the weather is very pleasant all year round. There is very rarely any rain here.Good place to come to get a beautiful tan.
About BeachesThe beach is only a short one minute walk from the apartment. There are three areas of beach in Isla Plana. The best beach is a beautiful sandy beach, along with two other beaches, one with pebbles and one rocky bay. The scenery is very beautiful.
About DivingThere is a diving centre in the next street. If you need any help we are able to arrange some diving for you.
About FishingWhy not go fishing in Isla Plana, the place where the famous fisherman "Gary Smith" does his fishing? He has recently filmed a DVD in the beautiful Costa Calida Area, if you need any advice please do not hesitate to ask!! We are able to put you in touch with Gary if necessary.
About Airport InformationThe nearest airport is at San Javier (Murcia) and Alicante is only 1 and a half hours drive away.
About Scenery/Beauty SpotsThe scenery in this area is very natural. there are mountains, and beautiful beaches. Not too far up the road there are the Guns of Mazarron where it was reputed that the film "The Guns of Navarone" was made.
About Local RestaurantsNear to the apartment you will find several typically Spanish Restaurants, where you can purchase a menu of the day very cheaply, or indeed sample some of the many tapas on offer here. These include freshly caught fish and local vegetable produce.
About WalkingThe local Mazarron tourist office provide several walking routes, including maps. A very interesting place to walk here in the Costa Calida. the walks include nature walks, and exploring the mining areas, and also disused railway tracks and birdwatching.
