A stone build villa in the village of Tochni with lovely views of the village and the sea from the elevated veranda. There is a delightful garden with many fruit trees, a traditional barbeque, stone yards with country style chairs and tables, San beds, and a swimming pool. A superb Cyprus village house in a real Cyprus village.
The house can be rented as a whole very specious 3 bedroom villa or as separate apartments consisting of 1 one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartment.
Sleeps Maximum 10: 8 in the four bedrooms and 2 in the sitting rooms on Camp-beds which can be provided.
The two-bedroom apartment has a double and a triple room, the one-bedroom apartment is with a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms have private facilities with bath air conditioning, heating, and satellite TV. Comfortable rooms decorated with traditional Cypriot materials.
Each apartment has an open plan dining and kitchen area. The kitchens are fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, toaster and iron. There is a washing machine available for use by all guests
Local Area Details The Villa is situated on the highest position in Tochni Village which is located right in the centre of the island, 6km from the beach, and midway Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus. The location is a great advantage because it's easy to organise day trips and see more of the island of love...Cyprus.
Governor's Beach, Which is only 6 kilometres away apart of it?s excellent shallow beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like snorkelling, boating, fishing, or have a nice walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There is a grate selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees? just a few meters away from the crystal water.
You may also go to Water Park; visit the zoo or the camel park
Visit the 2 Neolithic villages situated 3 kilometres away or other of the and many more places of interest.
Visit the Limassol Tourist area and places of interest, Seasonal festivals like wine festival or carnival.
There is a horse riding centre near by, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park as well as a biker centre. To Visit Akamas, Paphos, or Troodos Mountains is a must!
