2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment sleeps 4/6 people.
Although this is a 2nd floor apartment there is a lift and disabled access.
ACCOMMODATION:
BEDROOM 1: With En-suite Shower room, Double Bed, Bedside Tables,
Ceiling Fan and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
BEDROOM 2: Twin Beds, Bedside Table, Ceiling Fan and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
KITCHEN: Well equipped including oven/hob, washing machine,
fridge/freezer, toaster, iron, kettle etc.
BATHROOMS: Main Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and bidet.
Bathroom 2 – En-suite to Bedroom 1 with shower and WC.
LOUNGE: The large Lounge/Dining Room has 2 sofa beds,
UK satellite TV, CD player, dining table & 6 chairs, coffee table & display cabinet.
OUTSIDE: Private Balcony with patio table and 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers and parasol. There is also a sun roof terrace and residents’
swimming pool.
TOWELS / LINEN: Towels and Linen are provided.

Local Area DetailsThe apartment is situated in Playa Flamenca, a residential area 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja with lots of attractions to suit all ages. There are restaurants, bars, bank with cash point and a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away.Within 10 – 15 minutes walk there are many more Shops Restaurants and Bars offering an enormous selection of food and entertainment.
Several Blue Flag Beaches are within easy walking distance and 3 Championship Golf Courses are within a 10 minute drive. The numerous salt lakes in the area provide outstanding opportunities for bird watching too.
TORREVIEJA: A 10 minute car journey is all it takes to get to the Town of Torrevieja which offers plenty choices of day time or evening entertainment with a palm lined Promenade, Fun Fair, Harbour, Marina, Evening Market and many Shops, Bars and Restaurants.
Markets:There is a large local market (10 minutes walk from Apartment) every Saturday, and weekly markets in Torrevieja (Friday) and San Miguel de Salinas (Wed).
Beaches: A 20 min walk will take you to several Blue Flag Beaches – Punta Prima and La Zenia to name but a couple.
Golf: For the Golf enthusiast there are 3 fantastic Championship courses within a 10 minute drive (Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor).
There is also an Aquapark (20 minute drive) and Go Carting (15 minute walk).
