A 'studio' so all is in one room with kitchenette (fridge, electric rings, microwave all equiped). The living room has table and chairs and two settees which are used as beds at night. There is a brand new separate fully tiled 'bathroom' with large shower, basin and WC. In living room a coffee table, dining table and two chairs. In Andalusian style - simple hence the price but the system that you leave all proper and clean for those following does work - only go on this understanding and it then works very well - everyone 'joins in'
Please don't book the flat if you have reservations about cleaning it...THANKS We have a Dutch agent who oversees the flat.

Local Area Details

The Costa del Sol has one of the sunniest climates in Europe and the area around Marbella is very 'up-market' with some wonderful designer shops. Golf courses surround the village (La Campana) which is about 3/4 mile inland from Puerto Banus which has beaches and a magnificent jet-set marina. The village caters for those having large villas surrounding the golf courses and has many bars and restaurants (to suit all pockets) and is just a short stroll away.
