Vivian House is situated in the heart of the beautiful picturesque Cornish fishing village of St. Ives.
The apartment is modern, tastfuly decorated, comfortable and welcoming. It has a lounge, bathroom, kitchen and four seperate bedrooms. The flat can accommodate eight adults and also has a cot.
The four bedrooms, one large double which also accomodates a cot. One family room, with a full size single bed and a full size double bed, and a single room, all with front facing views, lastly one double bedroom to the rear of the flat. There are wash basins to three of these bedrooms providing hot and cold water.
The lounge is spacious, with adequate seating, a colour T.V. with teletext, vidio and D.V.D. Player - full library of films included.
The bathroom has a hand basin, toilet, bath and shower over the bath, heated towel rail.
The kitchen is large and seats eight It has a microwave and gas oven and a refrigerator, Iron and ironing board - fully eequipped for 8 people.
Outside to the rear of the flat is a small courtyard, hear a table and chairs are provided so you can enjoy the evenings, sit and read, eat or store surfboards etc.
Local Area DetailsPorthminster beah with it's golden sands is one of Cornwall's finest and safest bathing beaches, complete with it's oiwn putting green, and modern beach facilities. This beach is considered by many to be the family beach. At the opposite side of the harbour is Porthmeor beach which is the surfing beach.St. Ives hosts the Tate Galery, a very popular attraction. The standard of the restaurants and cafe' in St. Ives are second to none. We are so spoilt for choice with several alfresco establishments.
