It is a new home (built in 2003) and has a private pool and spa. Captiva Breeze is located on Wightman Lane, Captiva Island, a short stroll to either the beach of village. It offers granite kitchen counter tops, French doors, several porches, an elevator so it is wheelchair accessible, a Captains walk (roof sun deck) with views of the bay and Gulf of Mexico, HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET ACCESS and many extras. (sleeps 2-10)
