The main house contains zoned air-conditioning, and two bedrooms with private baths with hot water. The sala opens onto a wide veranda buried in shade from the garden - a perfect place for evening entertaining, or a noon siesta.
The octagonal beach house accomodates two or more, and has cold water bathrooms. The front opens onto the free form pool and waterfall, with the beach beyond. The entire home is accessible for our handicapped guests, including the pool. Our staff are glad to offer assistance.
The kitchen is very well equipped. A cook is available at additional cost.

Local Area Details

Playa Jaco is at the centre of Costa Rican vacation attractions. Countless little shops line the main street, Pastor Diaz. For dining out, all tastes and all budgets are accomodated at the nearly two hundred eaterys in town. For fine dining, our guests enjoy the landmark Hotel Cocal, just 50 meters from our gates. The hotel casino provides evening entertainment after the meal.
Enjoy dinner by the pool as the spectacular sunset lights the sky. Most restaurants will send your dinner by taxi at minimal charge. Of course, Subway, Pizza Hut, Chicken Express, and Hong Kong Fuey's, are ready to provide fast service should you return from the day's adventure with "the Munchies".
Bikes, and scooters are available for getting round intown. Taxis are plentiful. For out of town adventures, mountain bikes, motorcycles, and 4wheel drive cars are easy to rent. Costa Rica has an excellent bus system that travels to every part of the country. Surf boards and surfing lessons are offered. Horses are also available at the beach gate for a gallop along the water, or a tour into the jungle.
The mountains around Jaco are filled with small farms, rivers, waterfalls, canopy zip-line tours, and a canopy cable car tour. Just a short drive away the adventurer finds hot springs, and the two most beloved national parks, Manuel Antonio, and Carrara. There are numerous other beaches to explore.Many guide services located in town provide trips to Arenal volcano, the national parks, and the Carribean provinces.
Los Suenos has an excellent golf course, and many more resort attractions. Most of the Jaco fishing expeditions leave from the Los Suenos Marina. Boats are also available for island tours and transport to the beautiful Nicoya area.
After a day of exploring, surfing, fishing, golfing, or sailing, try to keep a bit of energy reserved for the famous Jaco nightlife. The fun goes from dusk to dawn. For salsa and reggae, try Club Ole!. Cotemporary rock, the Hacienda. Classic rock is at the Beetle Bar. The late night crowd goes to the Central and Pancho Villa. For some pleasant beachside entertainment fine drinks, and dancing, try the Best Western. There are new places opening evey few weeks, so walk around or get tips from the crowd.
