In summer, the resort has taken off with music festivals and Mountain Biking (600 Miles). Air Travel connections are great with Denver International Airport an hour and a half away. It is the 8th busiest airport in the world yet very modern and efficient for the traveler. The Drive to WInter Park is through the much improved highway US 40 (from 1-70). WInter Park is truly a find as it offers great skiing at value prices.
