Villa Roy/Jem is a spacious property on two levels. From the front garden which is tiled, planted and fitted with table & chairs and sun awning for those hot summer days. Entrance is into the spacious lounge area fitted with sky TV and DVD player HiFi and there is a W/C toilet room, also on this level is bedroom 3 with twin beds. At the rear, is the large fitted and well equiped kitchen that leads out to the patio and BBQ area. Stairs lead up to bedrooms 1 & 2, the main one having A/C and its own balcony over looking the front garden and fitted with a sun awning to shade you from the heat.The main bathroom is also at this level and consist of sink w/c bath with shower. Further stairs are up to the roof store room. All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. There is a large communnal pool complex just a minutes walk from the house.

Local Area DetailsThe resort town Guardamar is 2 Km's and there you can choose from an abundance of different types of restaurants, browse the shops or meander along the prom.
The blue flag beach is one of the best in the Coasta Blanca and has 11 km of golden sand.
There is a local bus that runs into Guardamar and surrounding towns several times a day which stops near to the villa and the National bus route passes by so a car is not essential but can be beneficial for convenience and visiting other areas.
