It is a year-round cottage/vacation home on a well-landscaped lot and close to all the conveniences of Wasaga Beach. The lot is leveled, with a grassy yard, and two empty lots next door to give you lots of privacy. The waterfront at the beach is sandy and the water is shallow for a long distance from the shore. At the front of the cottage there is a porch and a large wooden deck in the back yard, just perfect for that afternoon break and the evening outdoor fire. The main floor features an large open concept living room, kitchen, eating area and a gas fireplace. Two bedrooms are on the higher level with two full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi tub.
