The original beams still feature as does the original stone, where left exposed in places. The dining room is fully equipped with everything you will need for dining, and the alcove has two comfy armchairs - perfect for reading as the light streams in through the large window.
The lounge has two sofas and a wood burning fire and again many original features remain. There is also and TV and video, with a video library and a music centre with a choice of music to borrow, or bring your own.
The stairs rise from the lounge to the upper floor, where you will find three bedrooms, one double ensuite, two twin rooms and a family shower-room. All bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps and ample wardrobe space. Baby cot is available free of charge, on asking. Outside there are large private gardens, with a terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
For Couples - a one bedroomed cottage available off peak only.Also available May, June, September and October a one bedroomed cottage for couples only. extremely large ensuite double bedroom yet. cosy lounge with open wood burning fireplace. And fully fitted kitchen.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
