Property Details of Brittany Cottage
L'Ecurie was originally the Old Stables but has been refurbished to a high standard and has a traditional salle de sejour with French windows leading to a private, secure garden.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one with bunk beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
The spacious open plan ground floor has French windows opening to a large south-facing secure patio, which overlooks the lake and wildflower meadow.
There is a TV/video plus videos, books and games. There is also a Radio Cassette player.
On the first floor, there is a bathroom, with shower, and two bedrooms, one double plus single bed and one twin room.
To save you space in your car, there is a certain amount of baby equipment available. Please let us know when booking your holiday.
The Heated Pool, Toddlers' Pool and Childen's Play Area is shared with the other 2 Gîtes. Garden furniture and BBQs are provided.

Local Area DetailsThe large heated pool and smaller splash pool (ideal for toddlers) have a sunbathing terrace with views over the meadows towards the Blavet. The play area has towers, swings, slide and sandpit. There is also a secret play-house hidden in the woods and older children can explore the grounds and make woodland dens and shelters.
Guests are welcome to try their luck, fishing in either of the two lakes. Although ideal for beginners, there are also a few whoppers for that extra excitement. For the keen fishermen there is plenty of excellent fishing nearby in the River Blavet, which is renowned for its trout and Lake Guerledon has large pike and zander.
Gîtes de Lenvos are situated in the Blavet Valley near the village of Cleguerec in the Morbihan region of central/south Brittany. It is just ten minutes from the market town of Pontivy. There is plenty for all ages to see and do, within easy reach. The owners are resident to ensure you have an easy and trouble free holiday.
The rolling countryside has forests and orchards surrounding the Breton villages. If you are seeking a warm climate, beautiful surroundings and a stress-free holiday then this is the place!
Lenvos is a medieval hamlet dating back to the fifteenth century. The ancient Manoir of Lenvois has now disappeared but was once the heart of a thriving self contained farming community on the banks of the river Blavet with its own water mill, fish pools and bakery. The remaining cottages have now been tastefully renovated and provide comfortable self-catering accommodation in a courtyard setting amidst 15 acres of idyllic Breton countryside.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible. bedlinnen is all included.
