Local Area DetailsThis converted country farmhouse is set in its own extensive grounds and has been lovingly renovated by its present French owners. Only a few kilometres from the market town of Baud, where you will find the full compliment of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and services. The beaches of Southern Morbihan are about 15 - 20 minute drive from this quiet hamlet.
By the time the first guests arrive, this lovely pool will be securely fenced.Garden and pool furniture is provided. At the front of the house there is an enclosed court yard for private car parking. Outside, overlooking the pool, is a large tiled terrace with teak garden furniture and BBQ area. There are extensive gardens and wild areas for exploring; including a shady seating area beside the ancient bread oven in the garden. The pool is 8 x 4 metres, and 1.2 metres deep with steps descending gently into the water.
