Very spacious and furnished as a 'home from home', this lovely 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed fully air-conditioned town house (on a corner plot for added space) has an attractive outside porch and garden which features patio table and chairs, perfect for breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening!
Moving indoors, the spacious and beautifully furnished air-conditioned lounge / dining area features a cream leather suite of 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs, coffee table, sideboard etc as well as a selection of pictures. Plus, for your entertainment there is Satellite TV, DVD, video and Hi Fi. There is also a handy shower room and WC on the ground floor.
The dining area contains a large dining table and six chairs with matching wall unit. In addition to the double air-conditioning unit, there is also a ceiling fan for your comfort in the summer.
The spacious kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine / drier, microwave, kettle, toaster plus a good selection of cooking utensils. The separate galleria leading from the kitchen contains iron, ironing board, airer and hoover. There is also a thoughtfully positioned ceiling fan in the kitchen for keeping cool whilst cooking!
On the ground floor is also the 4th bedroom. Containing twin beds, stand alone fan, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside cabinet and lamp plus a built in wardrobe.
Moving upstairs to the first floor, the master bedroom is also air-conditioned and contains double bed, stand alone fan, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and mirror. Leading from this bedroom through patio doors, is a small balcony for your enjoyment. In addition, the en suite facilities contain bath with shower over, WC, sink, bidet as well as a ceiling fan.
The air-conditioned second bedroom contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, chest of drawers and ceiling fan.
On this floor is also the third bedroom which contains twin beds, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, mirror and a stand alone fan.
The main bathroom is also situated on this floor and contains bath (with shower over), ceiling fan, WC, sink and bidet.
Moving upstairs is the roof terrace containing a large table which will seat 8 people and 2 sunloungers for that all important tan! Plus parasol and BBQ for al fresco dining and features lovely views across to Alicante and the mountains and is lit at night. The beautiful swimming pool and gardens are just a short walk away as are a good selection of bars and restaurants. The local beach is a short drive, or bus ride away and there is a regular bus service to the relaxed port of Santa Pola or the more lively centre of Alicante.This delightful, spacious, family property offers all you could wish for in holiday accommodation!
