Property Details of Florida Villa

Our large, comfortable, villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 large lounges, its own caged pool, games room and open plan garden. The development is on the popular Highway 27, 10 minutes from Disney. We are 5 minutes from Walmart. Also close by are further supermarkets, fast food outlets (including a very good Chinese take-away), drug stores, video and DVD rental, banks, gas stations, post office. The nearest beach is in Lake Louisa State Park, 5 minutes away.

A few seconds walk away is the community centre, with its clubhouse, 3 pools – one with water spouts for children – BBQ facilities, sports facilities, including tennis, volleyball, basketball, a football pitch where hot air balloons land, jogging – all free of charge. There is also a conservation area.

The games room has table tennis, pool table, foosball table, darts, quoits, and old-fashioned hopscotch.

We supply all linen, including pool towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate laundry room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

We also supply TVs, stereo, video and DVD players, radios, games, books, jigsaws, and items for the pool.

The large Master bedroom, with its American lighthouse theme, has a king-size bed, colour TV, and en suite. The pretty 2nd bedroom with its marine theme, has a queen-size bed, colour TV. The Tinkerbell and Spiderman bedrooms each have twin beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes. There is a 2nd bathroom.

All rooms have ceiling fans, and the villa is air-conditioned and carpeted.

Local Area Details

There are many Championship golf courses in the area, all 10 to 15 minutes away.
The coast is about 1 hour away, with its Kennedy Space Centre, and you will find manatees about one and a half hours away.
The villa is situated just 3 miles from Highway 192, where there are restaurants, discount stores, Splendid China, World of Orchids.

About Nightlife

Although there is so much to do in the area, try the bars and restaurants of Downtown Disney with its free entry and parking (try Bongos which is owned by Gloria Estefan, where they have dancing most nights and a live band at weekends), Pleasure Island at Disney (you have to pay to enter) or Citywalk at Universal (free to enter and park), which is magical at night with lights twined round the palm trees, reflected in the waters of the river running through it. International Drive is worth a visit. Shops, restaurants, etc. Teeming with life.

About Shopping

On Highway 192,about 5 minutes away from Weston Hills, are discount stores. There are 2 Belz Outlets within half an hour - one is for fashion and the other is cheaper and more general. Florida Mall - well worth a visit. Loads and loads of shops and restaurants.
