This newly refurbished, first floor apartment is ideally located in the heart of Caleta de Famara and has a terrace with fantastic views to the sea and the mountains. The harbour beach and reef break is only a minute´s walk from the apartment and the longest natural beach in Lanzarote, Playa Famara is a two minute walk from the apartment.
This apartment was developed out of one of the original fisherman´s houses and has retained a great deal of character. There is a modern, open plan kitchen and dining area which has views to the sea. The separate living area has doors leading to the sunbathing terrace which has fantastic views to the sea and the stunning Famara cliffs. The apartment has two bedrooms and a shower room. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has twin beds.
Local Area DetailsThe apartment is in the heart of the pretty fishing village of Caleta de Famara and is in the original part of town where the fishermen would have once had their homes. The harbour beach and reef break are within a minute´s walk of the apartment and the main beach, Playa Famara is only a two minute walk away. Playa Famara beach is a popular spot with surfers and kitesurfers and is the longest natural beach in Lanzarote.
There are several restaurants, bars and small shops within a couple of minutes´ walk of the house. The village has several restaurants specializing in local cuisine and two pizza restaurants. There is also a small café in the village, as well as three local supermarkets and two surf shops.
