Villa Nandes is set in a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto the fabulous Pinhal golf course. This large, spacious villa offers generous accommodation, downstairs there is one double bedroom with patio doors to front garden and a full bathroom. A split level sitting/dining room with fireplace and cable television opens out through patio doors to the terrace and pool area. The fully fitted kitchen has ceramic hob, oven dishwasher, microwave and a utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with balcony. There is a very large family bathroom with sunken bath and a huge terrace with BBQ overlooking the swimming pool with fantastic views to the golf course and Vilamoura.
Outside there is a delightful 9x4 metre kidney shaped swimming pool set amongst lawned gardens surrounding the house with shaded patio areas and space to relax and sunbathe.
Villa Nandes is an utterly charming villa in a superb location within walking distance of the Old Village and town centre.
Local Area DetailsOnce a Roman settlement and now developed into a cosmopolitan town, Vilamoura is centred around its famously colourful marina where sailing yachts and fishing boats can be hired. The resort centre boasts a huge variety of shops, boutiques, live music bars and restaurants as well as a casino. The resort also offers four first class, 18 hole golf courses, tennis facilities, horse-riding and fine sandy beaches stretching over 5 miles.
