Property Details of Normandy Gite

This gite occupies the ground floor of the old stone built farmhouse which was renovated in 1991 and extensively improved in 2000 with tiled floors throughout. The gite faces the central green of the farmstead. The original stone fireplace is preserved and houses a wood burning fire. The front door leads directly to the private patio and garden with BBQ. It is ideal for small families and young children and is fully wheelchair accessible.

Gite Larose has two twin bedrooms and a double futon in the living area if needed. It is ideal for 4 but can accommodate up to 6 people. It is fully wheelchair accessible with support bars and total level access. The kitchen has all the usual equipment including washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge-freezer and so forth. For comfort in colder times there is full gas central heating and constant hot water.

It has a private patio and garden with garden furniture, BBQ and private parking. Pillows and duvets are provided. Bed linen can be hired at £8 per person per week. Towels are not included. A welcome pack of a variety of essentials including bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, wine and camembert cheese is provided.
