It is also only 5 – 10 mins drive in-land from the bustling resort of Fuengirola, 10 –15 mins from La Cala and approx 25 mins from the cosmopolitan resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella.

The lounge ceiling finished partly with beams and Moorish bricks, superb tiling through into the downstairs cloakroom and kitchen dining area. The lounge also having a large window with views towards the mountains, and Sky TV.

The large terrace is South West facing so receiving sunshine from 11 am through to sundown, when the sun sets behind the Sierra Mijas Mountains.

Local Area DetailsThere are 4 swimming pools on the Puebla Aida complex and most of these pools have stunning views across to the 2 internationally acclaimed golf courses and the mountains beyond. There is a Water Park, Horse Riding, Go Karting, Tennis, Water Sports and the resort of Fuengirola with its many shops bars and restaurants all within a maximum 5 klm radius. The cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerta Banus with their luxury yachts and spectacular marina are only 25 mins drive away.
