This is a tastefully furnished one level villa with air conditioning and electrical heating. The villa is composed of separate day and night areas. In the day area there is a fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room with a table, two sofas and a tv set with dvd and playstation. In the night area there is a corridor with two twin rooms, one bathroom and a double room with ensuite bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large fenced garden paved in cotto with fruit trees (lemon, peach. cherry), an external shower (ideal when returnig from the beach), a ping pong table and two patios where you can have outdoor dining with our huge barbecue. Parking place for two cars inside the yard. A cot is available for families with babies. This is an excellent base for day trips to Naples and surrounding areas (Sorrento,Pompeii,Capri,Ischia,Herculaneum,the Amalfi coast, Positano to name a few) or even to Rome (2 hours by car or train). The climate mild even in winter makes it a perfect destination all year round, in summer for those willing to lie all day lazily on the beach and in the other seasons for more active people willing to explore the beauties of Southern Italy.
