The villa is situated on a complex in central Fuerteventura, next to the Caleta golf course, where the Spanish open 2004 was held. The course opened in April 2002 and is a 18 hole par 70 with 3 large lakes, beautiful views and fantastic weather all year round. THE VILLA COMPRISES OF THE FOLLOWING:
3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS - all with 2 single beds, built in wardrobes, balcony views and ceiling fans.
2 BATHROOMS - both fully tiled (walls & floors) brand new, stylish, and complete with modern sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM - a very large room comprising of dining table and 6 chairs, 3 seater settee which turns into a double bed and 2 seater settee, a 28" television with satellite TV, a sound system, a sony playstation, and a selection of playstation games and DVD player with selection of films. Also fitted with a ceiling fan.
PATIO - overlooking communial pools, table and 6 chairs, large charcoal b-b-q, all brand new.
KITCHEN - brand new, solid oak fitted kitchen, complete with fitted appliances, oven & hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Also included iron & ironing board, kettle, toaster and coffee maker etc.
