The layout of the house: On the ground floor from front to back - south-west facing terrace looking onto the road, and leading into living room with lounge and dining areas. Kitchenette at the rear, with door to rear patio garden and pathway to pool area. Cloakroom. Stairs to first floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Stairs to second floor and large gallery bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has double bed, two bedrooms have twin-beds.
Bathrooms: Twin-bedded rooms share a full bathroom. En suite bathroom to second floor master bedroom. Ground floor cloakroom. 3 wc’s in all.
