The garden has plenty of space for children to play in and is secluded.
The living accommodation is all on one level, making it ideal for those with mobility difficulties, there is a sloping ramp from the drivway to the front entrance.
Under the house there is a large garage and a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
The 3 bedrooms are a good size and have plenty of storage space. There are 2 twin rooms and one double.
The kitchen has all modern convienences; fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size oven and 4 ring hob.
Outside there is poolside furniture, a dining table and BBQ.
