Property Details of Tenerife Apartment
This pleasant low-rise complex is perfectly located in the very heart of Playa de Las Americas, only 300 m from the nearest beach and within easy reach of a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is formed by two floor bungalows surrounded by bright flowers and shrubs.
Accommodation
All units on the ground floor have a large terrace and the ones on the upper floor have balcony. All units dispose of a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and two rings, microwave, oven, grill, toaster, iron, ironing board, sewing kit, full bathroom, and locked safe (free of charge), balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or pool. Some of our private units have, TV, DVD with DVDS and radio. Air fans and ceiling fans. As they are privately owned they are kept to a much higher standard and washine machines are provided in some apartments.
Food & Beverage
Cosy restaurant Vienna serves buffet breakfast and dinner. The Surf Bar offers a large range of snacks during day time and at night and entertainment programmes. Night entertainment programme at Surf Bar is available for your enjoyment.
Sports & Leisure
There are two outdoor fresh water pools and one children’s pool, a children’s playground, sun terrace with umbrellas and sun beds, table tennis, pool tables and daily animation programme with different sport activities (select activities are payable locally). There is also an internet corner at the reception.
Local Area DetailsThe area is great for access to the local bars and discos as it´s only 5 mins walk to the beach and the the bars. The luxury of these apartments are that they are close to everything however they are far enough away and located in center of a complex away from the main roads and any noise.
Additional InformationAbout BarsThere are many entertainment bars and local restaurant bars close by. The famous nightlife area of Starco where Linekers bar is and Veronicas are only 5-10 minutes walk away from the apartment.
About NightlifeNightlife is at a fantastic location of only 5-10 mins walk. For the quieter ones there are quiet local bars close by without going down town.
About The Gay SceneAll the gay bars are around 15 mins walk away near Las Americas Bingo and Casino area.
