Very secure with lockable raised front gate and a completely private back, side and front terrace. Electronic security blinds on all windows opertade by remote control.
The well-appointed kitchen is conpletely seperated from the living room and includes full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a table and chairs.
Both bathrooms have a bath with shower, wash basin, bidet and lavatory.
2 bedrooms come with double beds, whilst the other 2 are furnished with 2 single beds. All have ceiling fans.
Welcome pack is included consisting of items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water. Towels and linen are changed weekly.
There is a private heated swimming pool and an external pool shower. Sunbeds are provided as well as a table and chairs, parasol and a barbeque. The pool area overlooks the golf course and has views of the Atlantic ocean and the marina, To the front and sides of the villa there are borders planted with tropical shrubs.

Local Area Details

Amarailla golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and the new marina that the villa overlooks is only a few minutes walk. There you will find a gorgeous sea front promenade lined with good quality restaurants.
The 18 hole championship golf course the villa also overlooks has its clubhouse just a few minutes walk away.
A couple of minutes drive and you will find the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Los christianos and Las Americas are a mere 10 minutes drive. Golden sandy beaches await you there and plenty more shps, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulness of your private villa.
