Lovely secluded central garden studio with private parking one block from La Croisette, the main beachside promenade of Cannes. In an exclusive & private gated road the studio is well placed for all including conference delgates and holiday makers.
In a private gated road this wonderful garden studio gives you peace and quiet but it is within a few minutes walk from several beaches and a stroll along the beach or main promenade takes you to the Palais du Congress so its perfect also for conference delegates as well as holiday makers wanting a centrally located but quiet place to stay. The local square - Place de l'Etang has recently been totally refurbished with lovely lighting and delightful bars and restaurants. Everything is on your doorstep so you do not need a car but if you do we have private parking outside and this is worth a lot in Cannes where it is difficult and expensive to park!
The studio has a full size double bed, then a sofa bed and single sofa bed so there is flexible accomodation for up to 5 persons if children are included but best suited to one couple or family with one or two small children.
Local Area DetailsClsoe to all amenities, the beach, small local shops and town centre. No need for a car! Wonderful local square for restaurants and boules too!
