It is within walking distance of the little village of Magliano where there is an excellent restaurant. In the next village of Agnino, just a few kms away is a small alimentari offering basic groceries.
There is a double and a twin bedded room, bathroom, a kitchen with large table and chairs and equipped with full cooker, fridge and washing machine. The living room with comfortable chairs opens directly to the panoramic patio, with its table and chairs for outdoor eating, and a built-in barbecue and pizza oven. From the patio area, you can stroll across the garden to the pool, where you can lounge gazing at the incredible view across the valley to the Apuan Alps.
This ground floor apartment opens to the rear overlooking the view and has completely private use of the lovely garden and large swimming pool with loungers and sunshades. The owners live in the main part of the house on the first floor which opens to the front garden Both the owners are out at work during the day.
Local Area DetailsMagliano situated on the road from Licciana Nardi to Fivizzano, which is a lovely old market town with bars and restaurants around the fountain in the main piazza. In July and August a music and drama festival is staged in the piazza and ends in a jousting contest.
A simple apartment in which to relax in a wonderful setting, it is a perfect location to explore this beautiful undiscovered area.
