The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with leather 3 piece suite, a dining table and 4 chairs with air conditioning and two ceiling fans. This area leads onto 2 large balconies that are furnished with table and chairs. Both balconies overlook the swimming pool.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven, toaster and sandwich maker. The kitchen leads off to a large covered balcony with table and chairs.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin/triple) with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, mirror and dressing table in the double.

The bathroom has a bath, shower and wc.

Allocated underground parking is provided.

The complex has a swimming pool with poolside toilets and showers and there is also a private downstairs storeroom with 4 sun beds, umbrella and minibar.

Additional features of the apartment are Sky TV, all UK radio channels (via Sky) , safe, oil filled radiator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and complimentary welcome pack.

Linen is provided (not beach towels) and is changed once a week.

The beach is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, the harbour 20 minutes and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes.

Local Area Details

Situated 2 miles south of Paphos town, Kato Paphos was an important port during the 4th Century BC. The whole area is scattered with remains of the past and is an archaeological paradise for any visitor. The tourist area of Kato Paphos stretches along a shoreline boulevard from the large hotels to the east of the resort to the harbour, and then from the harbour along the coast on the Kings Road to the Tomb of the Kings. The distance from one end to the other takes just over an hour to walk, which has resulted in the formation of two distinguishable tourist areas namely the harbour area and the Tomb of the Kings area.
