Comfortable vacation home in the typical Andalusian rustical style with private pool for upto 6 persons.
The pool measures some 5m x 10m and is separated from the rest of the garden by a fence. The pool-area is spacious with lots of tropical plants.
The living room is dominated by a huge open fireplace. On request we can also offer additional electrical heaters in winter.
The house has three bedrooms, one of them in the open gallery under the roof.
Around the house the garden and lawn allows quiet and relaxed vacations, with the fresh smell of the pinewood just 200m from the house.
The house contains: ceran-cooking, washing machine, fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee-machine, fan. Dining-table with 5 chairs, two sofas at the open fireplace, TV and plenty of garden furniture. Bath with shower. Two bedrooms with a double-bed of abt. 1,40m x 1,80m (one of them in the gallery) and one bedroom with two single beds of abt. 80cm x 1,80m.
Local Area DetailsThere are some more vacation homes and open meadows around and to the superb beaches it is just a 5-10min drive, abt. 5 KM.
