Property Details of Northern Cyprus Villa
This attractive villa is situated in Northern Cyprus one of the Mediterraneans best kept secrets. The villa is in Alsancak some 6 miles from the centre of Kyrenia (in Turkish this is known as Girne) and is only 600 yards from the nearest beach.
The villa has magnificent mountain and sea views.
The villa will easily sleep four with 1 double bedroom in which there is a king size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a balcony leading from the master bedroom from which there are magnificent views.
The villa has air-conditioning in the main bedroom.
There is a large lounge, kitchen/diner and a shower/wc with wash basin.
There is a terrace on the ground floor at the front and rear of the villa.
The villa has ample parking for 2/3 cars and has the use of a large communal swimming pool.
You can either fly to Ercan in Northern Cyprus on either Cyprus Turkish Airlines or Turkish Airlines. Our villa is 45 mins from Ercan airport.
You will be unable to find the prices of flights on the internet or the fares quoted will be incorrect. Please either ask me or phone Regent Holidays on 01983 863013 or Green Island Holiday on 0207 637 7338 for details.
It is now possible to fly to Larnaca in South Cyprus and then take a taxi to our villa, I always recommend that you book the taxi with me as few Greek Cypriot taxi drivers will take you across the border.
Local Area DetailsThere is a local mini-market 400 yards away on the main Kyrenia road along which there is a regular bus service to Kyrenia and Lapta.
There are several restaurants within walking distance from the villa.
There are 2 beaches about 600 yards from the villa and many others just a short drive away.
There is water skiing and scuba diving close by.
