A spacious and impressive single-storey villa situated on the edge of the village of Villaverde. The villa has four bedrooms, a large swimming pool and is furnished to a high standard throughout.
The spacious lounge has an attractive, vaulted, pine ceiling, three leather settees, satellite TV (Sky), DVD player, video player, CD/mini-system and two ceiling fans. Patio doors open onto a shaded terrace, with a pergola, overlooking the swimming pool.
The separate dining area has a table and six chairs.
The kitchen has a four-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, electric oven, separate electric griddle, microwave cooker, large fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, TV, ceiling fan and a dressing area with further fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, separate walk-in power shower, toilet and twin hand washbasins. Two of the remaining bedrooms have double beds, fitted wardrobes, TV’s and ceiling fans. The fourth bedroom has twin beds.
The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and hand washbasin. There is also a cloakroom with a toilet and hand washbasin to the front of the house.
The property also has a safe for money and valuables.
The swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres (32’ 10�) by 5 metres (16’ 5�) and is surrounded by an extensive terrace with a shower, six sunloungers, a built-in barbecue and a table and six chairs. Electric pool heating is available, if required.
The villa has its own state-of-the-art generator (inaudible from the house). The generator is fully automatic, requiring no intervention by guests, and the effect is the same as if the villa was on mains electricity.
The villa is a five-minute walk from El Rancho restaurant and a short drive to the nearest supermarket. Car hire recommended at this location.
