Property Details of Fuerteventura Villa
A roomy, modern villa in a superb location (just 30 metres from the sea) and only two minutes’ walk to the start of the sand dune beaches.
The spacious lounge has two, three-seater, leather settees, a 32� flat screen TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4), and a Phillips Home Theatre (DVD, CD and radio). Wall-to-wall patio doors open onto the swimming pool terrace giving the room a light and airy aspect. There is also a ceiling fan.
The dining room is separate and has an attractive, wooden dining table and six chairs.
The fitted kitchen has a four-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, full oven, small dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board. A small breakfast room, with a table and four chairs, adjoins the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with bath with shower, toilet and hand washbasin.
The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes while the fourth bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and patio doors that open onto the swimming pool terrace. These three bedrooms share a bathroom with a spa bath with shower, toilet, bidet and twin hand washbasins.
The property also has a safe for money and valuables.
The swimming pool, with Roman steps and solar-heated shower, measures approximately 7.5 metres (24’ 7�) by 3.3 metres (10’ 10�). Electric pool heating is available and there is a pool cover to reduce heat-loss overnight.
The spacious sunbathing terrace has six sunloungers and a small table and chairs. There is also a large built-in barbecue and a ceramic-tiled table with seating for up to eight persons. An area of wooden decking provides a vantage-point from which guests can enjoy a view of the sea. The secluded roof terrace provides further stunning views of the sea and the offshore island of Lobos.
The villa is surrounded by a perimeter wall, which provides a good level of privacy.
Walking times: nearest supermarket, 15 minutes; nearest restaurant, 15 minutes; main street in Corralejo, 30 minutes; nearest beach, 2 minutes. Car hire not essential but recommended.
