At the end of a narrow country lane with nice views towards the Puig de Maria mountain there is the villa Sol Romà , located just a few minutes´ drive to Pollensa old town. It is set amongst mature gardens featuring a spacious lawn and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.
Built in one level the villa has spacious sun terraces and a neatly lawn garden. The interior of the villa is simple and traditional with comfortable furnishings and a homely feel. The main entrance leads to a small hall where an archway on the left gives access to the small lounge/dining area completed with a wooden stove. To the right there is a door that leads to the kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave and gas oven/hob. There is also access to the laundry room where the washing machine is. From the hall another door leads to a corridor giving access to a double bedroom, two twins and a full bathroom.
At the rear of the house sits the large private swimming pool, terraces and the garden. An outside shower room completes the villa.
