The Kuruvilla‘s are always pleased to welcome guests to their family beach-house tucked in the coconut groves of a unique Kerala village,Kuzhupilly.

An ideal place to compose your music, write poetry, spend your honey-moon or just relax while you rejuvenate yourself with a desired treatment or just chill !

Build in 2005 and inaugurated by two British expeditionist Jonno and Matt in the begining of 2006. Since then Kuzhupilly Beach House along with the support of the local fishing community have exposed many of our guests to the magic of this small Kerala village.

Enticing and earthy eco-friendly terracota clay bricks and tiles are used for the walls, floor, and celling of the beach house. Furniture in every room is made from coconut trees by the local carpenters and coir carpets doll up the stairways.

Kuzhupilly Beach House has 6 Ensuites which could accommodate 12 people comfortably.
Ground floor has a common selfcatering kitchen, 3 semi detached ensuits with private entrance and a porch and an outdoor garden shower to wash your sins off ! First floor has 3 ensuits with balcony.6 Ensuites [bedroom with attached toilets].

Each ensuit would accommodate 2 adults. A study table, table lamp and chairs are provided in every room.All the toilets in the room are tiled with ample ventilation. Features a shower closet, a washbasin and w/c.
Toilet paper, bath towels and all the other necessery linen and disposibles would be provided by the house.

The self catering kitchen is fully furnished with granite top working table, storage compartments and shelves. Gas stove , gas oven, cutlery and corckery and all the other basic necesseties are provided giving you the total freedom to fix your grub whenever you feel like.


The house cater pure-vegetarian or non-vegetarian food according to the need.
The house serves authentic home cooked Kerala food.
Mostly sea-food is served here since its the best and freshly available source of food in the vicinity.


All this blessed with 1100 sq feet palm-thached rooftop which gives a 360˚ angelic view. Hidden in the brow of coconut trees this place is gifted to give you a very unique view of the beautiful beach and backwaters form the same point – Divine!

Personal tours are conducted by the family through out Kerala. Itineraries of every guest is tailor made after understanding their intrests. During the tours homestays and small luxuary resorts are suggested over a prestige hotel.

Munnar, Kumarakom, Theakady, Varkala, Kollam and Alleppy are a few of the places the family recommends during your stay in Kerala..
