Less than 100m from the long sandy beach at Bosa Marina we have 4 stunning newly refurbished apartments to let Located in a large impressive old style Villa renovated and furnished to a high standard each of these spacious apartments have 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin a larger than average bathroom with large shower cubicle and a loungedinerkitchen being equipped with gas hob electric oven and fridgefreezer Each apartment will also have a washing machine and an iron and ironing board is available Steps lead up to the main entrance door into a large hallway The Villa is divided into only 4 apartments 2 to the ground floor and 2 to the first floor Stairs lead up to the vast roof top terrace beautifully tiled with outdoor furniture and lights taking in views to the beach and sea The house is surrounded by wall and gates with a small garden area to the front a BBQ area to the side and also has private off street parking Set just one street back from the promenade it is in a quite spot The beach at Bosa Marina is the best in the area being gently shelving and partially protected by the harbour wall It is backed by bars and restaurants and it is possible to get anything from a quick snack to a full blown candlelight dinner here It is possible to hire sunbeds and umbrellas as well as wind and kite surfing for the more energetic The river Temo leads to the sea at Bosa Marina and boat trips take you either up the river or out to sea The small train station is just a very short stroll away where once or twice a week a small train takes its passengers on a leisurely tour of the very scenic countryside The old town of Bosa is either a 20min stroll away following the river inland or a short 3 min drive Prices include linen and towels not beach and final cleaning In addition to the final amount we will need a 100 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning

The beach at Bosa Marina is the best in the area it is a wide sandy beach which gently shelves into the clear sea at one end there are rocks for snorkeling There is wind surfing kite surfing cannoes and other activities from the beach The beach is backed by nice bars and restaurants the charming old town of Bosa is a pleasant 2025 minute walk away
