This is a completely new luxury equipped apartment on ground floor It has a nice lounge with a double or single sofa bed an other sofa TV hifi ding table etc a comfortable bedroom with a king size double bed and lots of wardrobe space an elegant bath room with shower bath toilet bidet and washbasin kitchen with fridge freezer gas cookers oven sink and cupboards with all that you need 2 nice terraces where you can sunbath dine or enjoy a cup of tea One with dining table and umbrella the other with roof a small table. There is also a fresh garden with lots of flowers and a bench where you can relax in the shade The apartment is set in a quiet periphery where only local people are living It is about 5 minutes walk from the beach Near by there are shops and restaurants Old town is about 10 minutes walk away It is convenient for train and busses to other locations The apartment is on ground floor but there are 4 steps to walk up We do not alow small children under 12 years or pets
