A beautiful 2 bed villa with private pool in Ayia Thekla near Ayia Napa Within walking distance of the beach. Downstairs is open plan with a lounge with seating for 6 and TV dining table and 6 chairs well equipped kitchen and shower room and wc. Upstairs there two bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin. Both have built in wardrobes. Patio doors leading out onto first floor veranda from both bedrooms and overlook the pool area. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. There is optional air conditioning in every room (local charge applies. The swimming pool (8m x 4m)is accessed via the lounge and the large terrace which surrounds the pool is complete with patio furniture, sun loungers and BBQ area. Linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the villa with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer into our UK or Cyprus bank account or by debit/credit card via Paypal but this does incur a 3.5% service charge. A £250 refundable deposit is required against damages and breakages. This is payable with your final payment and will be refunded in full within in 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
