Property Details of Florida Villa

The villa has 2 master suites. One is on the ground floor the other is on the 1st floor. The villa offers all the comforts you can imagine for a complete relaxing holiday, and is furnished to the highest standards. Peace and quiet after a long day at many of the great attractions of Orlando.

We are within 30 minutes of Orlando Airport and 10 minutes from Disney both routes are easy to follow.

Our home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and is fully equipped for 10 people and is extremely comfortable and luxurious.



Our spacious Family Room/lounge is for relaxing in comfort. It has a large TV with cable service as well as Video, Dvd and music center. Patio doors lead to the 50'x30' screened pool and patio area. The pool is 31'6" x 15 ' and has a separate spa. The covered lanai's are for you to sit out in the evenings under cover.

The Kitchen is a Massive 15 feet square and is fully equipped with cooker; microwave; dishwasher; waste disposal; fridge/freezer; toaster; coffee percolator; kettle; and all crockery, cutlery and utensils should you wish to cook dinner or just prepare a snack on the large centre work area. There is also a large breakfast bar complete with bar stools. Telephone point. The nook has a breakfast table & chairs which overlooks the pool & deck area.

From the kitchen you access the laundry room which is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board



The separate dinning room and lounge have large windows which overlook the front garden.

There is a BBQ for your use.



The luxurious master suite has a King size bed, Cable T V, lots of drawer space and a walk in wardrobe. The master bathroom below is complete with a Roman tube bath & a large shower, twin vanity unit.




Bedroom two & three are on the other side of the villa, both have twin beds.

Bedroom four has a double bed with built in wardrobe and opposite is bathroom two which has a bath with shower over, vanity unit & toilet. This bathroom has access to the pool deck area

Bedroom five is another luxurious Master Suite with a king size bed, closet, cable TV, telephone and is above the garage on the 1st floor.

The En suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and vanity unit.

Pool & Patio Area. The pool is 31'6"x 15' & from 3'to7' deep and the deck area is 50'x30 & has lots of covered lanai for you to enjoy the balmy nights around the pool after you have tired yourselves at the mouse house (Disney).

The villa is AIR CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT.

Local Area Details

Grand Reserve is a new gated development off the Ronald Reagan Parkway which is the old SR 54.
