Family run business with 2 Self-catering apartments and three hotel rooms in the beautiful historic Garfagnana region of Northern Tuscany.
Our complex is on the main throughroute from Lucca to Garfagnana in
Mologno, 200 metres from the railway station and just 4km from the medievil village of Barga. This is complemented with bar and restaurant facilities offering full and half board.
An excellent base for visiting the nearby cities of Florence ,Pisa,
the Versilia Coast and Lucca.
English and French language capability are available for our foreign clients.

Local Area Details

Barga is a medievil village and features picturesque views of the mountains and Serchio Valley. You can admire it's ancient streets and XI Centuary Cathedral and historical monuments and churches.There are various festivals during the summer months, many shops, antique dealers and has a weekly market.Monuments to see include Pascoli House in Castelvecchio Pascoli, house of the famous poet.
The Grotta del Vento, underground caves is a must for those who like to see the wonders of Nature.It is situated in one of the most picturesque zones in the Nature Park of the Apuan Alps. Other Centres of Naturalistic interest include Orrido di Botri (Bagni di Lucca) a Natural Canyon only 30 minutes away and the Botanical gardens "La Pania di Corfino" situated in the "Orecchiella Park".There are many trails in the area for those who like walking. Golf courses are within easy reach.
And of course, day trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca is a must if you are interested in art and history. Viareggio, on the famous Versilia Coast can be reached in 1hour and 15min.
The public swimming pool is 1km and local activities include tennis,
trecking, horse riding, mountain bikes.
