This 2 bedroom, duplex apartment is situated in the beautiful setting of Cabo Roig, referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca. Within 45 minutes drive of Alicante Airport, Cabo Roig lies 8km south of Torrevieja town.

The apartment is part of the Los Anguis V community, which is a well established community within Cabo Roig. It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and 2 communal pools with showers.

The community is close to both shops and restaurants as well as the two Cabo Roig beaches. The community lies at the end of a no through road and has a private gated entrance. There is a private car park. A key for the automatic gate is provided.

The apartment consists of a living area on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The living area opens out onto a terrace/patio with a built in BBQ for alfresco evenings.

A fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, leads to a small utility area with washing machine and shower room.

There is also a single foldaway bed in the lounge. A travel cot and highchair are also available on request

There is a fully fitted bathroom upstairs and a second toilet and shower room downstairs.

Local Area Details

Torrevieja on the Spanish COSTA BLANCA coastline is situated just 40 minutes from the ancient city of ALICANTE, just 90 mins. From the popular tourist resort of BENIDORM and 50-60 mins from LA MANGA the golfing centre of EUROPE.

Torrevieja has all the leisure facilities you would wish for including wide golden beaches, 4 golf courses and 2 aqua parks & it is famous for having the largest outdoor market in Spain. It is a multi cultural town with the population being composed of about 40% Spanish, 30% British and the remainder of German and Scandinavian origin.

ENGLISH is spoken as a second language and is easily understood by the shopkeepers, waiters, taxi drivers,etc.

There is a busy harbour and a very good shopping area, three yacht clubs, fishing trips, water sports etc.The town has all the modern amenities of banks, supermarkets (one of the biggest in Europe), restaurants and bars plus endless stretches of sandy beaches and small secluded coves. Pilar De La Horadada is the southernmost town in VALENCIA. It has a characteristic watchtower built in the 16th century on a hill overlooking the coast. The town has 4 kilometres of coastline running from the MIL PALMERAS estate to the ESCULL DEL MOJON, alternating between residential areas, parks and sports facilities. This coastal area has clean water and well kept beaches which are ideal for enjoying the fine climate all year round. The TORRE DE LA HORADADA sports marina has 506 moorings for recreational craft and is one of the major tourist attractions along the coast.

Guardamar Del Segura has many archaeological sites. This ancient town was built on a hill whose skirts were washed by the river SEGURA. Still preserved are the ruins of a castle and other historic remains from HELLENIC times, when this town was a port. Between the town and the beach is the enormous �QUEEN SOFIA PARK�, thick with trees and plants, where visitors can enjoy cool, refreshing strolls even on the hottest days. To beautify the natural surroundings, ponds, botanical tours and samples of aquatic fauna have been added. However, the dune area, formed by sediments from the mouth of the river SEGURA, is the unique part of this town. Wave and tidal deposits created these dunes over long centuries & more than 800 hectares of coastal parkland have been carefully preserved. Hundreds of monumental dunes, pine, palm and eucalyptus trees, were all planted at the beginning of the 20th century to prevent the dunes from invading the urban area.
