We are very central to all Tauranga facilities.We are 50 metres from the harbour edge.Otumoetai golf course is literally across the road and waterfront walkways and restaurants are a minutes short walk away.Tauranga shopping centre is a 20 minute walk and our famous Mt Maunganui surf beaches are an 8 minute drive.Close by(5 minutes)are the marinas where the dolphin trips depart from.
