Our privately owned two story executive villa has been designed and furnished to provide luxurious and spacious living accommodation, the property is situated at Jasmine Point on the Crescent Lakes Development and is approximately 10/15 minutes south of highway 192 on a superb and quiet residential area to the south west of Orlando. The excitement of Disney Worlds Theme Park and the cultural delights of the Epcot centre together with the magic of Universal Studios are a mere 25 minutes away.

For golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses throughout the Kissimmee Orlando area, all within a short drive of the property.

OUR LUXURIOUSLY. Appointed villa is beautifully presented throughout. It has 6 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (all with hairdryers) .A unique addition to the villa is the Home Theatre System and the 57" Wide screen TV. There are a further 4 TVs in the villa together with 2 VCRs and a DVD player. There is also a HI-FI system.

FOR SUN WORSHIPPERS. the pool is south facing, with a large heated pool and separately heated Jacuzzi both of which are bathed in sunlight throughout the day. The property also has the added advantage of backing onto a conservation area, which gives added privacy to the pool area. Pool Heating if required is (recommended November - March).

DESCRIPTION. One of the larger 6 bed roomed villas on Crescent Lakes, our 2-storey villa is huge - over 2,800 sq ft. Ideally suited for elderly or disabled guests, as it has two bedrooms & a bathroom on the ground floor.

CEILING FANS. In all rooms and air conditioned throughout Fully licensed - sleeps 14 in comfort 2 large living areas with plenty of comfortable seating 5 TVs, 2 VCRs 1 DVD player and a Hi Fi system.

SOUTH FACING. Sun deck, pool & spa which has recently had electronic valves fitted to the spa. So whether you want to relax in a bubbly spa or enjoy a relaxing drink in the hot tub it's all at the touch of a switch. There is a covered patio area for those wishing to enjoy the outdoors but in the welcome shade of the Florida sun!. There is lots of pool furniture including table, chairs, sun loungers.

THREE TWIN BEDROOMS. each with 2 single beds -one on the ground floor & two upstairs (Ground Floor has a TV installed) One of the large 3 seater sofas in the upstairs lounge converts to a Queen size bed when required.

Local Area Details

Crescent Lakes is in Kissimmee and is a quiet up-market residential area off the 192 East of Disney.
When we discovered Crescent Lakes we knew immediately that this was the perfect location because it has both the proximity to all the major theme parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal and others) as well as having the privacy and space that other housing developments don't.

All the houses are well spaced out and are beautifully designed both externally and internally.
At the back of Crescent Lakes is an enormous Conservation Area which has nature walks over a boarded walk-way where you can see exotic wildlife and birds and many species of plants and shrubs.

As the name suggests, Crescent Lakes is host to many lakes which are stocked full of fish. You are welcome to fish in any of the lakes in the area - it is ideal for children too as you can catch fish in a matter of seconds!

There are shops and super-markets near-by, as well as many restaurants and other activities (such as the worlds largest Sky-Coaster - a 300 foot free fall on the end of a steel rope). Near-by Kissimmee Old Town is well worth a visit, which has plenty of shops, restaurants and weekend car cruises. A 15 minute drive will get you to Boggy Creek Airboat rides where you can take an exciting ride over some of Florida's marsh-lands and, again, see all sorts of wild creatures. Paragliding is also available over the lake, as well as jet-skiing and speed-boating
