Set in rural woodland the house backs on to the River, but is close enough to supermarkets , restaurants and sporting amenites to make it the ideal getaway for the discerning holidaymaker. The pool and Jacuzzi are set in a south-facing Florida Room with overhead fans and ceiling lights, fully equipped with loungers and cushions.
Local Area DetailsRotonda West is mid-way between Port Charlotte with a shopping mall and all restaurants and amenities, and Englewood, a charming beachside resort with picnic areas and delightful white sand Florida beaches. There are approximately 20 golf courses in the immediate area, the nearest being 5 minutes away by car, all sports are available locally, bird watching is a favourite pursuit, Ospreys, Anhinghas, Bald Eagles have all been spotted locally.
