Situated in the heart of the Luberon, not far from the town of Apt, the Mas des Baussiers makes the perfect place from which to explore the beauty of Provence, equally the Mas makes a perfect place to launch out and visit Avignon and Aix-en Provence, even Marseille is just hour by road.
The welcome, at this ancient farm dating from the 17 century, is what you would expect from friends. The Mas, with its provencal garden built in a series of restored terraces, is surrounded by the quite gurgle of water flowing from a natural source. On returning from your promenades through the countryside and villages, nothing is more refreshing than a dip in the lime stone swimming pool set in terraces and fed by the water flowing from the living rock beneath.

To start the days, you may choose to have a copious breakfast, served on your terrace, while looking out at the lavender fields, vineyards and cherry orchard, and over them the summit of the Mont Nègre.
Some days you may choose not to visit the area, but simply wander in the 8000sq.meters of wood land.
All our rooms are sizeable, with private bathrooms. Our studio boasts its own kitchenette and can accommodate 4 people.
