There is a large roof terrace and patio areas which have fantastic views to the Sierra de Mijas, Sierra de Nevada and across to the nearby village of Alhaurin El Grande.

GARDEN

A separate private entrance leads from the road into the grounds of the two bedroom villa. The sunny garden and patio areas contain colourful plants and flowers under the established Cork Oak trees that provide partial shade from the Andalucian sunshine. There is a gas BBQ, ample garden furniture, both a 8m by 4m swimming pool and a 2 metre square heated Jacuzzi in the gardens.The jacuzzi in the private garden can be heated for the winter and cool for the summer - and its fun at night under the stars!!
There are beautiful views across the valley from the gardens, which also overlook our private woodland.

ROOF TERRACE

From the garden area, via an iron spiral staircase, the roof terrace can be reached. This 50m? terrace can be used as a sunbathing terrace or as a place to sit in the evenings and take in the beautiful views across to Alhaurin El Grande.

KITCHEN

The fully fitted kitchen contains a 4 ring gas cooker with oven, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Washing machine is also available.

LOUNGE

The air conditioned and heated lounge area has two 3 seater sofas, coffee table, satellite TV and CD radio player. There is a large dining table and chairs. Double opening patio doors lead from this room directly onto the terracing, garden area and Jacuzzi.

MAIN BEDROOM

This double bedded room, with ceiling fan, air conditioning and heating, has ample wardrobe space, bedside tables with lamps and dressing table with hairdryer.
A cot can be provided if necessary.

SECOND BEDROOM

The twin bedded room has a ceiling fan, air conditioning and heating. There is ample wardrobe space, bedside table with lamps and dressing table.The twin beds can be converted into a double bed if required.

BATHROOM

The bathroom contains a full sized bath with shower, sink and toilet.

Local Area Details

The villa is set in peaceful, private woodlands perfect for ARTISTS, BIRD WATCHERS or just people who ENJOY beautiful countryside.

Within walking distance of the villa, approximately 1.5kms, there are a few country bar/restaurants.

The village of Alhaurin el Grande is a short drive or walk away and contains plenty of traditional Spanish life, shops, banks and a local market every Thursday.
It contains both Spanish and English bars as well as some of the best restaurants in the region. You can dine out in Spanish, Italian, Seafood and quality silver service restaurants for that special occasion.

HORSE RIDING

Within 1.5kms there are horse riding stables and riding school for both beginners and the more experienced. Please contact us if you wish to book a horse riding package.

GOLF

Alhaurin Golf Course is within a 5 minute drive of the property. The 18 hole golf course was designed by Seve Ballesteros , there are also two par 3 9-hole courses and a driving range in the same complex. There are a further 3 golf courses within 20 minutes.

The villa is set in beautiful, quiet and typically Spanish countryside and so is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling, bird watching or painting.
