Local Area DetailsA car is not necessary as the villa is walking distance to Kalkan village and the beach. Villa Kismet is in quite an elevated position though so a taxi at 2 GBP can be easier to return with.
Dolmus buses are cheap and run regulary to various towns and beaches.
Taxis are cheap and abundant.
Excursions to the many Lycian sites can be arranged locally.
Additional InformationAbout BarsThere is a lovely marina with many nice restaurants and bars. Nothing like sitting and watching the boats roll in and the people strolling by.
About TransportCabs are plentiful and very cheap. Car hire is also a good option if you really want to explore and take your time at sights. A good option even for a few days.
