Behind our 8' privacy wall, amongst the many flowers, palms, banana, and fruit trees, you will discover a fantastic Bed & Breakfast to fill all your needs.

Mornings will find you enjoying the large garden while indulging in gourmet breakfasts prepared and served by your hostess Kathy.

In our tropical garden amongst the many flowers, you will find our dog Lana, along with the many geckos, turtles, iguanas, and birds.


During your stay here you are welcome to use the outdoor kitchen which is equipped with a microwave, BBQ, fridge and a range.

Between the outdoor kitchen and the swimming pool rests the palapa gazebo, inside is an entertainment center, games table, hammocks and
a phone. It's a peaceful and shady place to relax for an afternoon siesta.

All our rooms are at ground level, spacious and tastefully decorated, but most important they are spotlessly clean.

Each of our guest rooms have a private bath, cable TV, A/C and an overhead fan.

Our mattresses & bedding are of top quality for a wonderful nights sleep after your day of adventures.

If you're looking for an accommodation with a little more privacy, our New Casita on the property will satisfy you. It is a bright and spacious 600 sq foot self contained unit, equipped with A/C, overhead fans, private bath, and a kitchen.

Above the casita, overlooking the pool and waterfall, is our roof top palapa. It is the perfect place to enjoy the breeze while reading a good book in the hammock.

At the back of the property you will find another self contained
accommodation for the budget traveller, the Mexican House

Local Area Details

Cozumel, situated 12 miles off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula at Playa del Carmen, offers many activities in addition to its excellent diving.

Exceptional snorkeling, deep sea fishing, sailing, horse back riding, bird watching, para-sailing, Island tours, Mayan ruins, Golf and more.

The east coast of Cozumel is deserted for the most part, with several restaurant bars, beautiful white sand beaches and the blue Caribbean Sea.

Your hosts are always available to answer questions, or offer
suggestions on things to do or places to eat.
