The deposit will be returned back to the customers at departure (after the check of the property). If the guests leave the villa in advance or during the night, the deposit will be hold and returned back after the departure. If the damages founded inside or outside the villa are not immediately quantifiable when the guests leave, the deposit will be hold and returned back after the departure, after having hold the amount of the damage.
